The departing staff members, who were instrumental in establishing the podcast's presence on YouTube and ensuring its consistent delivery, left on good terms with the support of Bartlett. FlightStory, the company behind the podcast, stated that the departures were planned over a year and reflected a positive culture where early-career hires advanced to senior roles. Jack Sylvester, who described himself as the cofounder of the podcast, was among those who moving on to search for their next career steps. Bartlett, who recently moved to Los Angeles to open a production studio, is currently focusing on diversifying his media company, which generated approximately $47 million in revenue last year. The exits occur as the show moves into a more mature growth phase, shifting its center of gravity toward the American market.
