Oscar Mayer celebrates the 90th anniversary of the Wienermobile with a hot dog-themed cake and regional tours.

Oscar Mayer is celebrating the 90th anniversary of its iconic Wienermobile by launching a limited-edition Wiener Cake in collaboration with Milk Bar. The two-tier cake features more than 20 hot dogs and is available at select locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago starting July 31. The collaboration responds to a growing social media trend of hot dog cakes, which has seen a 150 percent increase in Google searches over the past year. Additionally, the Wienermobile will tour through Orange and Los Angeles counties, with appearances scheduled in Gardena, Fountain Valley, and Arcadia. Spokesperson Lauren Tripeer, a 'Hotdogger' who travels with the vehicle, noted that these appearances will include games, coupons, and Wiener Whistles. The original Wienermobile debuted in 1936 during the Great Depression to promote the brand. Today, the vehicle stands 11 feet tall and 27 feet long, serving as a staple of American food culture for nearly a century.
