President Trump Honors Army 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan During Dignified Transfer and Georgia Rally
President Trump paid an emotional tribute to Army 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan during a speech at Wheeler High School in Marietta, Georgia. The fallen soldier, who was killed during Iranian strikes in Jordan, was honored following a dignified transfer ceremony at Dover Air Force Base. The administration announced that it invited the family of Army 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan aboard Air Force One to travel from Delaware to Georgia. During the flight, President Trump met with Feehan's parents, Shari and Stephen, and his uncle David. Describing the officer as an exceptional leader with a promising future, President Trump noted that the family was "heartbroken" but grateful for the gesture. The ceremony also recognized three other service members killed in the ongoing conflict with Iran. While the war has cost the government $37.5 billion so far, President Trump remains committed to the offensive, recently threatening to strike Iran’s Pickaxe Mountain nuclear facility.
