President Trump’s company, Trump Media & Technology Group, launched a new "Truth API" service to provide Wall Street firms with real-time data from Truth Social.
Trump Media & Technology Group announced the launch of "Truth API," a new service designed to deliver market-moving posts from Truth Social to Wall Street firms in milliseconds. The service allows software applications to integrate the president’s high-impact statements—ranging from tariff updates to international relations—directly into financial data streams. As the majority stakeholder of the company, President Trump stands to benefit from this new revenue stream. While the platform currently serves as an echo chamber for the president and his allies, the administration noted that his assets are held in a trust managed by his children while he is in office. The service is slated to launch as early as August, with several clients already signed up. Although the stock market often reacts quickly to the president's posts, investors must account for the fact that some statements may be inaccurate or remain unfulfilled. TMTG expects the API to create lasting value for shareholders as adoption grows.
