These long-range drone operations have intensified, with Ukraine reporting that nearly 43% of Russia's oil refining capacity has been disabled. The strikes on the Wildberries warehouses caused significant damage, with the Tambov region governor describing the drone attack as the "largest and most inhumane" in the area. These operations highlight Ukraine's strategy to target Russia's fossil fuel exports, which Moscow relies on to finance the ongoing invasion.
