Vitaly Korolyov reports damage to Wildberries warehouse in Tver region following Ukrainian drone strike
Vitaly Korolyov, the acting regional governor, confirmed that a Ukrainian drone strike damaged a warehouse operated by the Russian online retailer Wildberries in the Tver region. The strike occurred during a night of heavy aerial activity, as the Russian defense ministry announced that forces had destroyed 320 Ukrainian drones across 19 different regions. The attack on the Tver facility was one of several strikes targeting the Russian e-commerce giant. In a separate incident, Andrey Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, reported that a drone strike on an industrial site in the Chekhov municipal district killed five people and wounded six others. This strike triggered multiple fires, with the largest blaze occurring at a warehouse. Ukraine continues to target Russian economic infrastructure, specifically Wildberries facilities, which Kyiv claims are used to supply the Russian military. Moscow denies these claims. The Russian defense ministry reported that these strikes resulted in at least six deaths and nine injuries across the Moscow and St Petersburg regions.
