Robert “Madyar” Brovdi reports Ukrainian drone strikes on 13 electrical substations and multiple maritime vessels to disrupt Russian logistics

Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, reported that Ukrainian drone units struck 13 electrical substations across occupied territories, including eight facilities in Crimea. These strikes are part of a broader campaign to disrupt Russian power distribution and maritime logistics. The operation, designated "Molochka," specifically targets Russia’s "shadow fleet" to bypass international sanctions. Brovdi noted that drones also engaged several vessels in the Black and Azov Seas, including tankers and a floating crane. These strikes aim to paralyze the feeder fleet that transports oil from shallow waters to larger deep-draft tankers. The administration's efforts to isolate Crimea have caused significant logistical strain. Crimean authorities have declared a state of emergency as fuel shortages and power blackouts persist. While the strikes have damaged Russian infrastructure and export revenue, the administration remains focused on using these mid-range strikes to pressure the Russian war machine and create a window for diplomatic negotiations.
